Refund and Cancellation Policy

At FabPoint, we strive to provide exceptional service and tailor-made solutions to meet your unique needs. Please review our policies carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are not possible on orders that have been customized according to your specifications. Our team works closely with you to create garments that meet your approved designs and fit requirements.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the payment. Once the fabric or garment has been collected and approved by you, cancellations are not possible. If you wish to make changes to your order, it can be treated as a new order.

Alterations and Replacement

If you’re not satisfied with the fit of your garment, we’ll provide free alterations within 7 days of delivery. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the garment. Changes to design, style, or size will be considered as a new order and charged accordingly.

Quality Control and Liability

We’ll inform you immediately if there are any issues with the fabric or garment during production. FabPoint is not responsible for alterations made by other tailors or any resulting losses. In case of misplaced fabric or garments, or unsatisfactory design or fit due to our error, we’ll provide compensation in the form of vouchers.
